Houston Adventure Boot Camp is a 4 week exercise program full of fun, adventure and fitness run by Certified Fitness Trainers at several corporations around Houston (BMC, Apache, etc).
Houston Adventure Boot Camp is Houston's premier outdoor fitness program that will keep you motivated personally or at work.
You can expect to do any of the following and everyday is different:

Strength Exercises
Jogging/Walking
Plyometrics
Sport Drills
Calesthenics
Yoga/Pilates
Core Training
And the list goes on...
But don't worry, Houston Boot Camp is for ALL levels of fitness from the triathlete to those who have never worked out.
Houston's Adventure Boot Camp can produce the following results: 
Get to know your co-workers in a different light and feel energized throughout the day. You will notice your confidence skyrocket as well as your energy.
The exercises performed in these classes will help strengthen the muscles and bones in your body to keep you healthy and give you longevity. But please make sure to talk to your doctor before participating if you have any health concerns.
If you think of drill instructors yelling at you when you hear the words "boot camp", think again. Every Fitness Trainer is encouraging and motivating without yelling or demeaning the participants. All of our Fitness Trainers hold an outside personal training certification as well as CPR/First Aid and will treat you with respect and encourage you to reach your fullest potential.
